• In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding arising out of interpretation of any of the offers, the management’s decision shall be final.

• Original vouchers and coupons need to be submitted at the time of placing the order. Once the bill is printed any discount would not be entertained.
• Only one customer ID will be entertained per visit per transaction per table.
• All food & beverages offer of BUY 1 & GET 1 and BUY 2 & GET 1 can be redeemed in one visit except Cash Coupons/Gift certificates.
• Cash Coupons/Gift Certificates cannot be clubbed with any other food coupon / Privilege card discount and has to be redeemed separately per day/per table/per transaction in hotel only. They cannot be exchange for cash.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Force Majeure Clause: If due to any Circumstances beyond control of hotel like war, earth quake, fire, strike or action of any agency, for that period hotel would not be forced to deliver the services.
